At Recovery Psychology, I draw on evidence-based approaches to help people experiencing:

  • Stress and burnout (including carers)

  • Depression and low mood

  • Low motivation and procrastination

  • Interpersonal difficulties

  • Alcohol or substance use

  • Behavioural addictions (e.g., gambling, screens, gaming)

  • Difficulties with weight management

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or generally unhappy

My aim is to equip you with practical strategies and insights that empower you to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, both during therapy and beyond.
